Deposits

Deposits are required to secure scheduling and materials.

Deposits may be refunded in full if the job has not started.
A job is considered “started” once any on-site work, material delivery, or labor related to the project has begun.

No Refunds After Work Has Started

No refunds will be issued once the job has started, including deposits.
No refunds will be issued after the work has been completed, regardless of the reason.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before the job has started may qualify for a deposit refund as outlined above.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this refund policy must be approved in writing by GTF Roofing Solutions Inc.
